Our client had been facing steady declines in organic traffic for over 18 months. At the same time, they were looking to migrate their e-commerce platform to streamline their technology stack. During our engagement, we conducted a comprehensive technical SEO audit and uncovered critical issues, including technical errors and widespread duplicate content. We also reviewed and cleaned up years’ worth of 301 redirects from two previous site versions. After launching the new site in mid-December, the results were immediate — organic traffic began to grow, reversing the long-term decline. So far, traffic is up by 28%.
